Sign up for the Audible Easter Egg Hunt

New Vision Audible Easter Egg Hunt is coming up on Saturday, April 20 at Osprey Lodge in Tavares. Join us for a fun morning of sensory experiences including an Easter egg hunt with hundred of beeping eggs! Sighted participants are welcome (under 13 only!) but will be required to wear blindfolds.

When: Saturday, April 20 – fun starts at 10

Where: Osprey Lodge, 1761 Nightingale Lane, Tavares


  • 10 a.m. sensory activities & photos with the Easter Bunny’s blind brother Bob
  • 11 a.m. blindfolded audible Easter egg hunt for children under 13 (blindfolds required to participate)


Vision loss is not the end

Kessler is three years old — and is totally blind. With the help of New Vision for Independence, Kessler is learning to interact with his world a little differently. He can continue to learn and thrive on his journey toward independence.

New Vision’s services are available to individuals of all ages who meet the following guidelines:

  1. The individual has a severe bilateral visual impairment (affecting both eyes).
  2. The impairment affects the individual’s daily living, educational, and/or vocational goals.
  3. The individual can benefit from services.
